These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the supply of all services offered by Business Eagles Ltd, including training courses (public and in-house), conferences, festivals, executive education, and award programmes. By making a booking, attending an event, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Business Eagles Ltd.

“Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or organisation purchasing or using our services.

“Service” refers to any training course, conference, festival, award entry, or related digital content offered by Business Eagles.

“Event” means any live or virtual gathering organised by us.

“Contract” means the agreement formed upon our acceptance of your booking or registration.

3. Formation of Contract

3.1 A contract is formed once we confirm your order via email.
3.2 We reserve the right to refuse orders based on availability or appropriateness.
3.3 You will receive a reference number for each order to assist with communication.

4. Services Offered

Business Eagles Ltd provides:

  • Short and long-term training courses (online, in-person, in-house)

  • Business conferences and leadership summits

  • Global networking festivals

  • Business awards and recognition programmes

  • Executive coaching and consultancy

Each event may have additional terms available in the event brochure or website listing.

5. Price and Payment

5.1 Prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless specified.
5.2 Full payment is required prior to service delivery unless agreed in writing.
5.3 Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
5.4 We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.

6. Your Right to Make Changes

You may request changes to your booking. If feasible, we will provide confirmation and notify you of any additional charges or implications. If the change is not possible, you may cancel as outlined in Section 8.

7. Our Right to Make Changes

We may adjust event details (e.g., date, venue, speakers) if necessary. For major changes, we will notify you, and you may cancel with a full refund if the change is not acceptable.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Client:

  • Cancellations over 60 days in advance: full refund

  • Cancellations 30–59 days in advance: 50% refund

  • Cancellations less than 30 days: no refund

Award entries are non-refundable once submitted.
Digital products cannot be refunded once accessed.

By Business Eagles:

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events. If cancelled, you may receive a refund or transfer. We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other third-party expenses.

9. Event Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate booking details

Follow event instructions and respect others

Not misuse digital content or act disruptively at any event

We may refuse admission or participation if behaviour breaches these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, recordings, and content shared during events remain the intellectual property of Business Eagles Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them without our written consent.

11. Digital Content and Access

Digital content is for registered clients only and must not be shared externally.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to online platforms due to external service factors.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK GDPR law. You may request to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.

13. Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential loss

Any delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Injury or loss arising during third-party travel or accommodation

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
