BOOKING & REGISTRATION
How do I register for a course, conference, festival, or award?
You can register directly on our website by selecting your preferred event and completing the booking form. A member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) to assist you further. Is there a fee to reserve my place?
No, there is no fee to reserve a seat online. Payment is only required once your registration is confirmed.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept payment via bank transfer and credit/debit card. Full payment is required at least six weeks before the start of the programme. Bank details are provided on the invoice.
Can I get a discount on multiple bookings?
Yes. We offer group discounts and special rates for multiple course entries or team registrations. Contact us at training@business-eagles.com to learn more.
Can I substitute a delegate if someone can no longer attend?
Absolutely. You can send a substitute delegate at no additional cost, as long as they meet the course or event criteria. Just notify us in writing before the event.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations over 60 days in advance: Full refund

Cancellations 30–59 days in advance: 50% refund

Cancellations less than 30 days: No refund
All cancellations must be made in writing to info@business-eagles.com. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 30 days.
TRAINING COURSES
What are your course hours and format?
Our courses typically run from 9:00am to 3:00pm with scheduled breaks for refreshments. Sessions are interactive, practical, and led by experienced trainers.
What language are the courses delivered in?
Courses are delivered in English. Interpretation services can be arranged on request.

CONFERENCES & FESTIVALS
What can I expect from a Business Eagles conference or festival?
Expect inspiring keynotes, expert panels, interactive sessions, and exceptional networking opportunities with global leaders and innovators. Our festivals are designed as multi-day celebrations of professional growth.
Do I need to attend the full event?
We recommend attending all days to get the most value, but single-day or partial passes are sometimes available depending on the event.
Will I receive materials or recordings?
Yes. You will receive access to key materials and, where applicable, on-demand recordings post-event.
AWARDS
How do I enter the Business Eagles Awards?
Visit our website’s Awards section and download the Entry Kit. Choose your category, complete the form, and submit your entry online.
Can I enter more than one category?
Yes. You may enter multiple categories. Discounts apply for multiple entries.
How are entries judged?
Entries are reviewed by an independent panel of judges based on criteria such as creativity, execution, impact, and innovation. All judging is blind and confidential.
Do I need to attend the ceremony to win?
Attendance is not mandatory, but we encourage all finalists to join us in celebrating. Winners attending the ceremony will be invited on stage to receive their award.
What happens after I win?
Winners receive digital and physical award assets, promotional support, and a place in our ‘Winners Reflect’ series. You’ll also be featured on our website and social channels.
INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES
Do you provide visa assistance?
We can issue Visa Support Letters upon receipt of full payment. Delegates are responsible for arranging their visas, accommodation, and travel.
Do you assist with accommodation?
Yes. While accommodation is not included, we can help you book nearby hotels or serviced apartments.
